No problem with the item but please improve your staff and customer service. No reply on whatsapp and instagram, makes me think i am getting scammed. Was preparing to file a police report then I received an email that tell me just to wait.. Just hoping you could improve on goods tracking and customer service. Last but not least, thank you that item arrived safely.
